This system delivers precise ingredient blending with automated control, high shear mixing, and optimized pressure conditions to ensure consistent product quality.

The unit is fully pre-assembled, including flow and temperature transmitters, control valves, a 6,000L buffer tank, an inline high shear mixer, and a centrifugal pump, allowing for seamless integration into existing processing lines.

Equipped with a stainless-steel control panel, Siemens PLC, and Wonderware InTouch HMI interface, this blender enables intuitive operation, remote monitoring, and real-time process control. The system is designed to be highly hygienic, making it ideal for dairy, beverage, and food processing applications.
